Enrollment in the GIFT Club is done through our On-Line Shopping Cart. 

There is no obligation,  however we appreciate any donation you may wish to make.  All donations are Tax Deductible,  and upon enrollment we will send you a form to insure that you have the necessary information when filing your taxes

In the Shopping cart,  you have the option to pay by the following methods:

• Credit Card (we accept most major Credit Cards)
• Print out the form and submit it by FAX using your Credit Card
• Print out the form and mail it to us with a check or money order
