REBIRTH is Welcoming new participants
Ongoing gerontological research study demonstrating how a comprehensive enhanced care management model will help older Ohioans recognize three significant benefits:

Lower the level of care so that the need for assisted living can be delayed for 12 months.
- Delay the need for Medicaid funded services for 12 months.
- Help the older Ohioan enjoy more life out of days than days out of life through finding peace, purpose, hope, and happiness in their later years.
R.E.B.R.I.T.H stands for Restoring Elder Bio-Medical Independence Restoring Transformational Health. It is a 12- 18 month study conducted by the CAREgiving institute part of an independent living community of the Woodlands at Eastland in Columbus Ohio.
